Caprice – The Beauty You Are

My very earliest memory of being a woman of color was when I was in the 2nd grade. I went to a school in a predominantly white neighborhood. I was the only black child in the 2nd grade class.

It wasn’t until after I became a born-again Christian and learning who I am in Christ Jesus and how I am wonderfully made, that I began to look deeper into myself to try to find my own true beauty.

Tell me what you think.
