Thaddeus Harrington
An award winning public affairs practitioner, wedding, engagement, and portrait photographer. Thaddeus captured his first wedding over a decade ago and the love of creating images for events was born. As a working DoD public affairs person, Thaddeus’ photos and videos have been featured in many magazines and broadcasts worldwide.
Thaddeus teaches photography principles to public affairs specialists within the Maryland National Guard. Additionally, he mentors service members in the career field and mentors at-risk youth who’ve chosen to change their lives through the Maryland Freestate ChalleNGe Academy.
Largo, Md., born, Washington D.C. raised, and now calls Baltimore, Md., home, Thaddeus has photographed in many states and countries. From Alabama to Jamaica or from Bosnia to Iraq, he has created images for the most demanding clients.
“I’ve enjoyed opportunities to be an eyewitness to history and have had my camera by my side. All over the globe, I’ve created images that evoke emotion, educate the masses, entertain, and document historic significance. I love it and can’t image life without visual storytelling. Seeing the enjoyment brought by my art keeps me going.”
