Somehow, I ended up in Columbus, Ohio, pounding copper. No, it wasn’t punishment for photographing animals on an abandoned military installation. That’s a different story. I was creating jewelry with Gerty’s vivacious replacement. There’s nothing like handmade jewelry to show what someone means to you. Even if it’s yourself. I had a feeling we would play with fire because controlled-intentional-responsible fire is hot. A lot of sculpting went into my square named MoMo (I Think). My novice mastery of the hammering helped me create the better looking square with the mountain (not a muppet) in the center.
